Previously I used other IPTV but it was having so many issues and contacting to customer service was not good.
GURU IPTV has good video quality, so many options to watch and no interruption finally good customer service

If I could give it Negative starts I would! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST service ever for streaming. They falsely say we have beat 24/7 customer service and it ends up being some stupid agent in India who blames all the problems on the internet provider. This lady said it was my Xfinity that was the problem not her shitty box. They send faulty boxes and request that we buy NEW ONES AGAIN at $120 per box.

I’ve been dealing w. The stupid box freezing up for the past week and I’ve called EVERYDAY!! I’ve had this issues throughout the life of my contract and it does not streaming any shows regardless if your watching it live or in video club. The volume is very low and their stupid suggested solution is always disconnect the internet and the connect or it’s the internet’s problem. Sometimes the show doesn’t play at all and it just kicks me back to the main log in page.

I asked for the manager and she said NO, so I said yes, I’d like to speak with a manager NOW, she hung up on me!!

Very rude, not caring, ignorant assholes!

I have issue activation of Guru IPTV and talk to Smriti over the phone and she help me to activate the service and answered all my questions.

Service is good.
Seema was great n helped me to setup the connection wd such ease.

I purchased the IPTV service 2 weeks ago. I faced multiple app glitches and bugs from the start. Called the technical support for 5 days straight daily, the were unable to resolve the issue or cut the call without any solution. Then at last, Kavi helped me with the issue. He was really professional and patient with me. Though he took one day to troubleshoot the issue, but in the end, he resolved the issue completely. I’m giving 3-stars for my overall experience with the Guru IPTV. I’d like to give 5- stars for the customer support by Mr. Kavi. Thanks bro.

Never got my invoice, forced me to pay cash or e transfer to random email. Call many times for invoice and also confirmed i need invoice after payment but never got my inovice. Now i have no proof i paid for services. Guy Rahul was nice but couldn’t help me with transaction record either.

I just activated my service with GuruIPTV. Entire process was pretty straight forward and easy.
Activation steps were really easy to follow with their technical staff on the phone. I worked with Mehar, who was very knowledgeable and knew what instructions she had to pass on. It only took 5 mins to activate device and service.

Mr. Abeer patiently helped me to resolve my issue. He spent 45 minutes of his precious time to get me coenacted with iptv service. My TV was not working properly for more than last two months; quite often it was an Audio issue but sometimes
it was both Audio & Video.
For all that period I tried to connect with Technical Service, Customer Service and even Sales with out any resolution.
I was extremely frustrated with the poor – rather unresponsive service that I received from you.
In fact, I was ready to consider my money lost with Guruiptv.
As a last resort, I thought to try once more and connected with Technical services. Fortunately, there was a gentleman by the name ABEER who patiently listened to me and the first thing he did was to assure me that he would take care of the problem.
During the process, he connected with me three times because of my hearing problem. So, I had to ask a friend of mine to come to my house and connected with ABEER. Of course, they worked together and the problem was resolved.
It should be a matter of pride for Guruiptv to have employees like ABEER who provide commendable service to the clients.
A good customer service is always a winner in any business. This I am saying from my personal experience as a successful businessman of more than 25 years.

I request please don’t take this service.
It is a scam. They take the one time payment for long period and if you don’t like the service they will never respond to you.
For every content customer needs to check and follow up all the time.

I use Amazon fire stick to watch IPTV. When I switch on the fire stick, I have to perform so many clicks to launch the IPTV like going through profile, applications, stbemu app, launch applications etc. If I am not home, my wife kids don’t know how to start or navigate to get or start the iptv or that app. It would be good to have a short cut or open the iptv by default as soon the fire stick is started. Technical support should figure out a solution for this. As of now they are not.
Also the app lacks the ability to set subtitles, if that can be fixed.
