Please my request to all future buyers that not buy this guru iptv. They are very irresponsible people. I have few other iptv if we have any complaints it solve in few min and in guru iptv all programs all time lagging also if you try to contact them its next to impossible to connect them because there customer line come like 1 hour wait also there live chat never works also whatsup number is not working so connecting them is near to impossible.It’s not worth a money too. We bought this iptv from
Last 5 months and in whole 1 month all program is mostly turn server not found or just legging. So please don’t buy.

They don’t have content I am looking for and not initiating refund upon failed support. Also their device is not good.
Never get into trap with this service. They dont have enough content also their customer service is very bad. I called many times and they say I will get call back in 2 hours. But no call at all. Also they promised that if we dont like service within 15 days they refund fee but its lie.

I am writing this review based on my real bad experience with Guru IP TV. I have enrolled Guru IPTV by signing the “Order Payment and Agreement” form on Fri, Nov 29, 2024, 9:10 PM MDT and the Setup box has been delivered to my home address on “Delivered Wednesday 12/04/2024 2:30 PM MDT”.
After the setup box installation, we faced issues multiple times with screen rendering, screen struck which brought upto the Guru Customer service support notice and attention for more than 30-50 times but there wasn’t a permanent solution from the provider. Hence we requested for refund and returned the setup box to initiate refund. The setup box was delivered to Guru IPTV provider on

It has been 2 weeks since we didn’t received any proper email communication on acknowledgement of setup box or duration of the refund or refund status.
We have been following up with GURU IPTV customer regularly on the refund updates but the staff disconnecting the calls after keeping on hold,inconsistent communication and Unresponsive towards customer.

I am with Guru IPTV for more than 8 years. Very very happy with the service. very friendly customer service.

Just signed up as a new customer. So far my experience has been good. There was a delay in getting the device in mail (no fault of guru IPTV). Had smooth activation and I am getting timely support over WhatsApp chat.

Worst service do not go for it. It’s very hard to reach them for tech support.

They have really good service. No buffering and has all channels and also new movies in on demand list. Really have with their IPTV service and their customer service. They response really quickly.

Great Service and this is my second term with Guruiptv. Had a few quirks initially but they got solved. That’s why I’m repeating. I have recommended to friends and family also.

Guru IPTV has a great customer service, Monal sharma helped me in renewing my plan. She went through the process step by step.

Audio and video quality is so bad. It’s keep pausing and breaking for every show. They also have run slide for free 6 months to refer someone blocking screen. I never had these issues with other providers. I would not recommend their services.

Experiencing issues with channels almost everyday and the response for a resolution is very poor.

Big time buffering, back and forth with customer service for an year, issue is no resolved. Customer service stop responding to me either for whatsapp messor calls.

Guru IPTV is very good. Using the Unipro set top box from Salt Lake City, US for close to a year now. Best is their customer support. Any questions you get 24/7 support and help. Technical issues? They got out of their way to help get it resolved. I tried other IPTV services too but this stands out.

During Christmas break our iptv was very slow and Smiriti worked with us for 2 days and resolved all the issues. She was very patient and understanding our concerns, really appreciate her efforts. Thanks to Guru iptv for having such team members part of the team.

After searching a lot on internet for an IPTV, we decided to get Guru IPTV and give it a try. We are very happy that we did.
Saanvy was very helpful placing an order for us. She explained us about different boxes and about the promotion for getting an extra 6 months of subscription. Then after receiving the box, we called them again for setup. This time Smriti helped us setting up the box. She was very patient because we asked her many questions. She answered every one of them very well without losing the patience. Very happy with their customer service So far so good !!!!

If I could give it Negative starts I would! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST service ever for streaming. They falsely say we have beat 24/7 customer service and it ends up being some stupid agent in India who blames all the problems on the internet provider. This lady said it was my Xfinity that was the problem not her shitty box. They send faulty boxes and request that we buy NEW ONES AGAIN at $120 per box.

I’ve been dealing w. The stupid box freezing up for the past week and I’ve called EVERYDAY!! I’ve had this issues throughout the life of my contract and it does not streaming any shows regardless if your watching it live or in video club. The volume is very low and their stupid suggested solution is always disconnect the internet and the connect or it’s the internet’s problem. Sometimes the show doesn’t play at all and it just kicks me back to the main log in page.

I asked for the manager and she said NO, so I said yes, I’d like to speak with a manager NOW, she hung up on me!!

I have issue activation of Guru IPTV and talk to Smriti over the phone and she help me to activate the service and answered all my questions.

Service is good.
Seema was great n helped me to setup the connection wd such ease.

I purchased the IPTV service 2 weeks ago. I faced multiple app glitches and bugs from the start. Called the technical support for 5 days straight daily, the were unable to resolve the issue or cut the call without any solution. Then at last, Kavi helped me with the issue. He was really professional and patient with me. Though he took one day to troubleshoot the issue, but in the end, he resolved the issue completely. I’m giving 3-stars for my overall experience with the Guru IPTV. I’d like to give 5- stars for the customer support by Mr. Kavi. Thanks bro.

Never got my invoice, forced me to pay cash or e transfer to random email. Call many times for invoice and also confirmed i need invoice after payment but never got my inovice. Now i have no proof i paid for services. Guy Rahul was nice but couldn’t help me with transaction record either.
