Customer Service is very good. Would love if you have 4k Telugu movies as well. Right now it’s 1080p only.

Absolutely heinous service. I have been having problems with my device for about 15 days now and I am on a phone call with them every day for at-least an hour. Then they tell me I can’t get a new device because it’s out of warranty and I said okay and got myself a 150 dollar new box and when switched to the new one I was charged 25 and to go back to the old device within 30 mins they wanted to charge me another 25 dollars absolutely trash service. DO NOT RECOMMENDED
